Change in Name

1. For electronically held shares

   Please contact your DP to know the formalities.

2. For physically held shares

   Please send an application to the R&TA, alongwith the relevant document out of the following:

   (i)     In case of change in name of an individual, a certified copy of the Gazette Notification.
   (ii)    In case of change in name of a company, a certified copy of the fresh Certificate of Incorporation.
   (iii)   In case of change in name due to marriage, a certified copy of the Marriage Certificate.
   (iv)   In case of change in name due to divorce, a certified copy of the Divorce Decree.

Change in Address

1. For electronically held shares

   Please contact your DP to know the formalities.

2. For physically held shares

2. For physically held shares

   Please send an application to the R&TA, mentioning all the relevant details.

Change in ECS Mandate
