Public Grievances Redressal Mechanism
“With a view to strengthen Public Grievance mechanism in the company, it has been decided that Shri M R Hingnikar, Director (HR,), GAIL (India) Limited, who is also Company’s Director of Public Grievance, will allocate regular time in his schedule to meet or hear any aggrieved representatives without any prior meeting. Accordingly, Shri Hingnikar, Director (HR), GAIL has set apart time slot from 2.00 to 3.00 pm every Wednesday to hear Public Grievances. In case Wednesday is not a Working Day then the same time slot on the next working day shall be allocated for this purpose.
In the event of non-availability of Director (HR) due to any unavoidable circumstances, during said schedule the complainant will meet Company’s Nodal Public Grievance Officer. Presently, Shri I N Jha, Executive Director (Marketing) has been nominated as Company’s Nodal Public Grievance Officer.”
