Hyderabad Zonal Office organizes Polymer Customer Meet at Bhubaneswar

Hyderabad Zonal Office organized Polymer Customers’ Meet at Bhubaneswar. Mr. R C Arora, Zonal Dy. GM, Mr. Shivaji Basu, Chief Manager (Marketing) and other officials from GAIL, HZO were present on the occasion. Representatives from Orissa consignment stockiest M/s.Oripol Industries and all major customers from Bhubaneswar and Cuttack attended the meet.

Mr. R C Arora in his address briefed the customers about GAIL’s activities. He also assured the customers about GAIL's continued support with raw material to boost the sales in the state of Orissa. He stressed upon the importance of such periodic meets as they help both GAIL and customers to exchange views for mutual business benefit.

Mr. Shivaji Basu gave a brief presentation on Polymer Industry, GAIL’s Business Portfolio, polymer business growth records and plan for future. He spoke about GAIL's emphasis on adding value to its product and services continually through implementation of customer value management, e-services and CRM module for customer complaint and concern management - all web enabled features which customers can access through internet.

The presentation was followed by interactive session in which the customers appreciated HZO’s effort in supporting them with material at right price and right time. They also highlighted their queries which were mainly concerned with effect of recent budget on the pricing of GAIL material.

The meet ended with the vote of thanks given by Mr. Balram K Reddy Territory Manager, GAIL, HZO.
