LQHC Consumers’ meet 25TH March 2006 Chandigarh
In consonance with Gail’s Customer Centric Marketing Curricula, a LQHC (PROPANE) Consumers’ Meet was organized by Chandigarh Zonal Office at its office in Chandigarh on 25TH March 2006. The Meet was attended by customers falling within the zonal regional ambit.
The Meet was chaired by Zonal General Manager Mr. J. Wason who enlightened the customers of Gail’s continual endeavor in meeting their requirements.
He shared with customers Gail’s initiatives viz. Natural gas, LQHC, BANDWIDTH, POLYMER. He also elucidated on various efforts made by GAIL towards achieving absolute customer satisfaction viz, implementation of SAP, e-ledger, e-banking.Meet commenced with a Welcome note by Abid M. Shafiee Dy Mgr (Retail Marketing).
The keynote of customer meet was a presentation by Shri Asim Kr. Bera Senior Manager (Energy Management Service).on various technical, commercial and safety aspects of the usage of Propane as a fuel. This was followed by a Presentation was given by M/S Wesman Thermal Engineering Processes Pvt. Ltd. ON“Industrial Combustion Systems Proper Use, Efficiency, Improvement and Maintenance”
After the presentations an interactive session addressing the queries raised by customers on Technical, Commercial & Product Related issues which were responded by the zonal team.
The Meet was concluded by honoring the participants with a token memento given on behalf of GAIL by Shri L.K Saluja Manager ( Polymer) ,Shri Asim Kr.Bera Sr Manager(EMS) and Dy Mgr (Retail). Followed with a ‘Vote of Thanks’ proposed by Shri. Rakesh Sharma, Dy.Manager (F&A)
