Customer Meet, Pune
A customer meet was organised in Pune by Mumbai Zonal Office on 2nd March 2007. Retail, Gas, Petrochemical and Gailtel customers of Pune and adjacent areas attended this meet. Mr. V. C. Chittoda, ZGM Mumbai, Mr. V.S. Baid, DGM (Bandwidth Marketing), GAIL Noida and other marketing executives from GAIL were present at the event.
Mr. Amit Anand, Territory Manager, Pune welcomed the customers and introduced the dignitaries on the dais. He gave a presentation on GAIL where he spoke about GAIL’s Business Portfolio, its scale of operations, GAILTEL network, Business Growth plans and its preparedness to implement the strategies. Mr. V C Chittoda in his key note address briefed the customers about the various business segments of GAIL, its City Gas Joint Ventures stressing on City Gas for Pune, GAIL’s various Project plans and activities and also highlighted on the Customer focus approach of GAIL.
A question and answer session followed wherein the customers came out with their queries which were effectively answered by the marketing officials from GAIL.
