JZO- Customer Meet At Udaipur

A customer’s meet was organized at Udaipur on 2nd Feb, 2007 by the Jaipur Zonal Office. The meet was targeted at the customers of Natural Gas, Polymer, Liquid hydrocarbon and Telecom.

Mr. A K Mittal, ZGM-JZO, welcomed the customers and briefly highlighted GAIL’s present business activities and future plan in Rajasthan. He also emphasized about the contribution made by GAIL in area of Corporate Social Responsibility.
Mr A K Mittal stressed upon the customers to come out with specific queries on issues related to GAIL’s business so that problems could be well attended and settled for mutual benefit.

Mr. P.N.Rao, Manager (PC-Mktg), compeered the event. Mr. Anant Khobragade, Manager (Gas Mktg), gave an in-depth presentation on GAIL's Business Activities

During the interactive session Polymer customers requested GAIL to increase the availability of polymer in Southern Rajasthan and also reduce the prices of some grades. M/s Hindustan Zinc Ltd. enquired about the chances of gas availability in Udaipur region.
All the queries raised by the customers were attended by GM-JZO, who assured them the best possible action at the earliest possible.

The meet was concluded with the vote of thanks by Mr. Jagdish Prasad, Manager (Retail Mktg). Overwhelming participation by the customers of Southern Rajasthan made the meet a successful event.
