PNG

GAIL Progress : Under its City Gas Distribution project in Delhi, Indraprastha Gas Ltd, a JV of GAIL (India) Ltd, Bharat Petroleum Corporation and the Government of NCT of Delhi, is supplying Piped Natural Gas (PNG) to more than 1,90,000 Domestic, 185 Commercial and 50 Industrial Customers.

Mahanagar Gas Ltd a JV of GAIL (India) Ltd, British Gas and the Government of Maharashtra, is supplying PNG to 4,52,000 Domestic and 1120 Commercial Consumers and 25 Industrial consumers in Mumbai.

Similarly, other JVCs like TNGCL with 7500, MNGL with 600 and CUGL with 300 domestic customers.

CNG

GAIL Progress : At present CNG Retail Outlets of GAIL and Its JVCs are available in Delhi, Maharastra, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Tripura, and Madhya Pradesh States having 105 Mother Stations, 187 Online Stations, 87 Daughter Boosters and 7 Daughter stations with a total of 386 CNG Retail outlets catering to approximately 6 lacs of vehicles.

Indraprastha Gas Ltd, a JV of GAIL (India) Ltd, has 190 CNG Retail outlets and Mahanagar Gas Ltd another JV of GAIL (India) Ltd has set up 144 CNG stations.

Similarly, other JVCs like MNGL has 13 Outlets, BGL has 11 outlets , CGUL and GGL with 10 outlets each,  and AGL with 6 retail outlets. GAIL Gas Limited, the wholly owned Subsidiary of GAIL (India) Limited has1 Online station at Dewas, 1 Daughter booster station at Vadodara and 1 Daughter station at Panvel. It will be commissioning its other outlets very soon
